By listing an offer you demonstrate your interest to negotiate with all buyers and sellers on the Marketplace. That gives you the flexibility to buy and sell grain on your terms at anytime. Once your offer is live on the platform, buyers and sellers can negotiate with you and send counteroffers, which you can accept, reject or counter back.

You get access to the contact information (company/farm name, contact person, phone number) of all grain buyers and sellers, who have chosen to list their offers publicly on the platform. This gives you greater flexibility in the negotiations process. You can either make your deals with your counterparties on the phone directly or anonymously via the Agriniser marketplace.

This feature is available with our paid subscription plans – Agri Plus and Agri Expert.
Listing your offer anonymously means that your contact information will be not be visible to the grain buyers and sellers on the marketplace. This empowers you to communicate with your counterparties (user-to-user) without exposing your farm or agribusiness publicly. Therefore you can maintain your competitive position and protect your best interest while negotiating deals on the Agriniser platform.
Setting a price in your offer provides an indication on what levels you are looking to make a deal at the moment. You are not bound to buy or sell at the price or terms listed, as they are all negotiable on the Agriniser marketplace. In order to make a deal, a counterparty must first send you a counteroffer, which you can review before accepting.
Listing an offer with no price gives you the opportunity to negotiate without setting an initial target level. No price offer allows you to show the grain quantity and other terms in your listing, however it requires the counterparty to send a price first when making a counteroffer. Again, you can review and decide if you want to accept or continue to negotiate.
By uploading documents indicating the quality of the grain you offer to sell as well as pictures of the grain itself, provides more transparency and visual information for the buyers. That makes your offer more attractive to the buyers and increases your chances to negotiate a deal much quicker.
Every buyer needs to know as much information as possible about your grain in order to start negotiations with you. In case you have not uploaded a quality certificate of your product, it is therefore important to provide the specifications in the additional information section. Here are some parameters you can show if are selling wheat for instance:
  • Sort and hybrid type
  • Protein content
  • Gluten content
  • Test weight
  • Falling number
  • Admixtures
  • Sprouted grains
You can also mention important information or requirements, such as transportation options, movement period, comments.
Agriniser empowers you to browse offers and close deals with buyers and sellers of grain directly, at anytime. You can significantly increase your chances to make a deal by simply starting a negotiation.

You have a deal, once the terms have been agreed and accepted. That means both parties involved in the negotiations agree to the terms of the final counteroffer.

For example:

If you are a seller and received a counteroffer from a buyer, you can review and accept the terms, which means you have made a deal. Alternatively, if you do not like the terms and want to continue to negotiate, you can send back a counteroffer with your new terms. If the buyer accepts, you have made a deal.

Agriniser discloses the contact information between the buyer and seller as well as the exact pick up or delivery location. Parties can then proceed with payment and physical delivery as agreed.
